OR the case became public this week and Tânia Rosa did not like the behavior of one of her sisters in the division of assets. On her official account on a social network she published a cartoon containing a teacher, in which the text says:
“It is useless to explain when the other is determined not to understand”, we read in the text published on Instagram.
Together with her sister Nanci Balan, she accuses her younger sister and inventor, Sandra Bucci, of hiding data on company assets. The indictment also includes issues such as profiteering, as well as non-payment of a loan made by Palmirinha while she was still alive.
According to Veja, Tânia was one of the most active in the case against her sister and also called for the conviction of her younger sister, as well as wanting her exclusion for “inventory evasion”.

The asset sharing began in May 2023, 18 days after Palmirinha’s death. The executor of the estate is the youngest daughter, Sandra. Now the older ones, Tania and Nanci, accuse their sister of having hidden data and profits from the companies’ assets and of not having paid a loan taken out by the presenter while she was still alive.
About two months into the asset sharing, Tania and Nanci came together to denounce the lack of transparency and lack of access to Sandra’s financial statements. They claim they did not receive bills and contracts.
Among the assets that caused the family split are shares in the company Artes Culinária Palmirinha Ltda, which managed the presenter’s career, as well as the rights, images and sales of licensed products.
According to Tania and Nanci, Sandra informed the judge that Palmirinha’s assets were limited to a bank account with a balance of R$8.13 and R$5,100 in company shares. They accuse their sister of not having mentioned amounts relating to copyright and image rights, sales of books, spices and food, rights to use the brand, royalties and monetization of social networks.
