As previously explained, ADM and Rodriguinho’s family have already denied his statements and believe he has a lot to learn and improve inside and outside of home. However, this does not give anyone the right to attack and threaten you, least of all your family and work team.

It is known that the attacks that occurred are crimes covered by the Brazilian Penal Code, strengthened by the recent law 14.811/2024, punishable by a fine and imprisonment from 2 (two) to 4 (four) years. The same goes for the spread of fake news and biased headlines that attribute attitudes and statements that are not his to Rodriguinho.

Adequate legal measures have already been taken against all the attacks that Rodriguinho, his family and his work team have suffered inside and outside his home and no effort will be spared to combat cowardly attitudes like this, nor any other act of violence, whether in words, actions or crimes of hate and turpitude that seek to obscure his 20+ year career.
