Ashley Park, famous actress who played “Mindy Chen” in the popular series “Emily in Paris”, suffered “critical septic shock”, which affected several of her organs.

On January 19, Ashley Park herself took to her official Instagram account to post a message in which she explained what happened.
“As I sit here processing and recovering from the first weeks of 2024, the only word that comes to mind is: grateful,” he said at the outset.
“While I was on holiday from December to New Year’s, what started as tonsillitis turned into critical septic shock, which infected and affected quite a few of my organs,” she revealed.
The interpreter of “Mon soleil” claimed that her condition “has improved”, despite the negative diagnosis that “they were told at the beginning”.
While she credited her boyfriend, actor Paul Foreman, for being “unconditionally” by her side through this situation, she explained what she went through after becoming ill.
“You called on my fears and carried me around in ambulances, three foreign hospitals, a week in intensive care, terrifying emergencies, countless scans and tests and injections…” she said.
“Unbearable pain and so much confusion, all while we were alone on the other side of the world, far from what we know,” he added.
On December 30, she uploaded to the digital platform photos from her trip to Phuket, Thailand, in which she is seen preparing food.
Park said she was “deeply grateful” to all the doctors and nurses who not only treated her, but supported her with “language translations.”
“I was hesitant to share what was going on as I’m still in full recovery… but now I know I’m safe on the other side of the worst,” she confessed.
To wrap up her post, Ashley stated that she was “healing” and promised that she would “be fine,” but not before expressing her love to her fans.
The artist accompanied these words with a series of images and videos recorded during her hospitalization in which her partner shows her his love.

After Ashley Park announced her health complication, various celebrities took to the comments of her post to express their support.
Her co-star and ‘Emily in Paris’ star Lily Collins noted: ‘I can barely watch this without crying. “I love you, sister, and I’m eternally grateful that you’re on the other side of this.”
“And to Paul Foreman, for your unbelievably huge heart and being there every step of the way. “I can’t wait to hug you both,” he concluded.
For her part, Selena Gómez pointed out: “My heart (sad face emoji). “I’m so thankful you’re okay, but I’m praying for more healing.”
