This Thursday (25/01), the personal trainer Carol Vaz posted a video showing the before and after of some of his students. What caught the attention in the video, however, was the appearance of a very famous student: Honey Maia.
In the video, the actress appears wearing a tiny string bikini, posing both front and back, with the aim of showing off the results of her gym workouts. She wanted to highlight her flat stomach, her curves and her butt.
In the caption the coach writes: “To get real results you need to have real training! Watch this BEFORE AND AFTER sequence, seeing is believing! Proud girls!“, he said.
In the comments, Internet users praised the changes: “Of all people, Mel is surreal. Beautiful, God designed this woman”, said one. “I wanted a Carol in my life”wrote another.
