Zagallo passed away this year and left a legacy to his youngest son
The football icon, Mario Jorge Lobo Zagallo (1931-2024) demonstrated in his will his discontent with three of his four children. According to Notícias da TV, she left half of his estate to her youngest son, Marius Caesar.
He accuses his other children of attempted extortion, according to the portal. In the former player’s public will, signed in 2016, it says “deeply sad and hurt” with them.
Due to Brazilian legislation, which provides that the inheritance is divided 50% equally with the legitimate heirs and the remaining 50% at will, Mario Cesar will have 62.5% of the assets, while his brothers will have only 12.5%.
“To reciprocate all the affection and dedication that Mario Cesar gave him, especially in the period following the death of his wife, when the other three children gave up giving him attention and affection”says the will.
