The decision was made by Judge Guilherme Pedrosa Lopes, who specifies in the document that until the inventory is finalized, it is up to the estate to pay the debts he contracted during his life.

When questioned, the lawyer representing Olavo de Carvalho’s estate stated that he had not yet been informed of the decision and that he would respond directly to the documents.
