Influencer Yanka Barreiros went through moments of panic this Tuesday afternoon, 28, in Sao Paulo. Pétala Barreiros’ sister got shot in the car five times. Her father, Altamir, drives the vehicle. Nobody got hurt.
Yanka detailed the action in a series of Instagram videos.
“They locked two cars for us [na rua]a guy got out and took a gun from a kid’s backpack and pointed it in our faces, “the influencer said.
It was at that moment that she and her father attempted to lock the car, which was already locked, and Yanka remembered that the car was armored. One of the men surrounding the car fired through the driver’s window before the influencer’s father managed to start the vehicle. The Sao Paulo police have not yet commented on the case.
In the video sequence, the influencer asked his father to detail what happened.
“I remembered that the car was armored, I threw the car on the pavement and ran away. Then he fired three shots,” Altamir said.
Despite the number given by the father, the photos posted by the influencer on Instagram show the mark of five clicks. At one point Yanka even asks: “Dad, he had to kill, right?”. He nods, pointing to the glass of the driver’s window, marked by the shot.
“It was very scary, I had never seen a weapon like this before,” Yanka said.

Yanka is the sister of Pétala Barreiros, also an influencer, and lives a legal war with her ex-husband, Marcos Araújo, with whom she has two children. Petala also commented on the event on her Instagram.
“If anything ever happens to us, you have to find the culprits,” he told his followers.
According to Pétala, six months ago the family had already suffered a similar action, when the car they had was stolen. He stated on Instagram that the action his sister and father suffered was not a robbery attempt.
“Now we will double our security, the security of my parents, of everyone here at home,” said Petala.
