Aislinn Derbez and Mauricio Ochmann spent three months in Spain, accompanied by their daughter Kailani, to shoot a film that would mark their return to cinema four years after their separation.
Pictures published by Who magazine last February, showing the former couple holding hands, sparked speculation of a possible reconciliation.
However, it was later clarified that these photos were part of the film they worked on together. Mauricio Ochmann expressed his gratitude to Aislinn for being his partner and accomplice in this adventure.

The actors reappeared and addressed the reconciliation rumors in front of the cameras of the program “Eat Who Can!” when they arrived in Mexico City.

“Very relaxed, we already knew all this was going to happen, really. But we’ve always gotten along, we’re always with the girl and we go to different places together,” Aislinn responded to the rumours.
Additionally, Aislinn shared that she’s really enjoying this family time, especially for her 6-year-old daughter Kailani, who hasn’t had her parents together for so long since their split.
About working with her ex-partner, the ‘A la Mala’ star shared: ‘It’s very natural. We’ve already worked together a lot when we were married, and the truth is, it’s always been amazing. It was always beautiful, and this time was no exception. “It was exactly the same.”
Additionally, Aislinn responded with a laugh when the reporter reported that Eugenio Derbez had commented, “Where there was fire, there are ashes.” This comment was made during an interview in which Eugene expressed his opinion about the rumors of his daughter’s reconciliation with his ex-son-in-law.
With a smile, Aislinn turned to Mauricio and said, “That’s what my dad said? Did you hear, it’s upon us again…”
