Career
In addition to being a cartoonist and illustrator, Ziraldo is also a Brazilian journalist, reporter, cartoonist, painter and playwright. At just six years old he already demonstrated his talent and published his drawing in the newspaper Folha de Minas.
In 1920 the artist released one of his most loved and well-known works by the public: Crazy kid. The comic was the biggest success and even produced a film, starring Samuele Costa.
