The Central Court for Domestic Violence in Sao Paulo concluded an investigation that investigated complaints against former BBB Lucas Penteado. The investigation did not prove the allegations made by the actor’s ex-girlfriend, the lawyer Rariéllen Agda Silva de Oliveira, who filed a complaint with justice in 2021.
At the time, the lawyer accused the former reality TV participant of kidnapping, false detention and personal injury. However, she did not undergo a forensic examination at the IML. Even the messages she attached to her file did not prove that she was keeping her trapped at home.
After the investigation, the prosecutor Pedro André Picado Alonso, of the domestic violence charge, presented a request to close the investigation, which was accepted by Judge Luis Fernando Decoussau Machado.
In her own testimony, Penteado claimed that she had gone to her home uninvited and would stay there for four days. Additionally, she revealed that there were seven other people living with him at her residence at the time.
The complaint would have made the plaintiff lose business opportunities. He shared with friends that he had had losses in advertising contracts and difficulties in getting new jobs.
Despite this, he soon got into a new mess involving another girl. After having caught a betrayal, he started a live on his Instagram profile to expose the situation to the public, creating problems for all involved. When he saw the proportion that the complaint took, he regretted it and apologized, saying that he ignores the impact of social networks on people’s lives.
Currently, Lucas Penteado is shooting “Our Dream”, a biopic of the singers Claudinho and Buchecha.
