Accused of assault by his ex, the court bans Lula’s son from publishing posts about the doctor

Natália Schincariol accuses Luís Cláudio Lula da Silva of domestic violence. The doctor filed a complaint against him and took action in court to point out that his ex-partner had not respected a protection measure against him. The Public Prosecutor emphasized that there was no non-compliance, but decided to widen the restrictions in favor of Natália.

According to information from g1, the doctor even filed a complaint against him at the São Paulo Women’s Police Station and the city’s Court of Justice granted her protective measures. Last Wednesday (24), it was announced that the organization has expanded this list, banning Luís’ posts about Natália on social media.

On March 2, Natália Schincariol registered a police report against Luís Cláudio at the São Paulo women’s police station, stating that she had been assaulted in a “verbal, psychological and moral” way. At the time, according to g1, the doctor told police that she would have to take off work for a month due to the trauma caused by the attacks and she revealed that she had been elbowed earlier in the year.

Natália added in her statement that Luís Cláudio, with whom she had been in a relationship for two years, threatened her when she was thinking of reporting her ex-partner. “My father will protect me and lose, I will destroy his soul,” she allegedly told Schincariol, according to the police report. “I will tell everyone that you are crazy, no one will believe you,” she added.
