Arno and Thais are closer
At the pizzeria, Tais offers to help her father set the table, but he refuses because he doesn’t want to make his daughter late. He then asks her to come home early tonight. The teenager spends more and more time with Agera.
He fears that it will harm his studies. Thais has to reassure him and assures his father that he knows how to fix the two. Moments later, she receives a voicemail from Arno, inviting her to the law student party that is being held tonight.
On the other hand, Philip and Anna returned from the weekend. Philip is delighted with this escape and assures his son that he is in great shape. Arno admits that he looks better.
At high school, Tyce confides in Maeve that Arno invited him to the party. But she hesitates to go because she doesn’t want to go out with the boss’s son. Tom starts taunting him. She is sure that Arno loves her. Tice continues to insist that he is not interested.
After class, Tice visits Philip. He plays a game of “go” with her. The latter tells him that he wants the game board to be returned to him after his death. The teenager is touched and thanks him.
As she is about to leave, she meets Arno coming back from class. He asks her if she’s coming to the party, but she declines, saying she has to start early. Philip intervenes and points out to the young girl that you should know how to please yourself once in a while. He finally agrees to go.
In the evening, Philip gets a call from Janet, who tells him that after the final tests, they will put his name back on the list for a new transplant. All that remains is to cross the fingers. Philip is happy to hear this news. She hurries to announce this to Anna, who is delighted with her husband.
At the end of the evening, Arno kisses Thais, but the latter pushes him away. Annoyed, Arno leaves.
Allen comes out of his coma
Elizabeth is at Allen’s bedside. Janet tries to calm him down. She explains to him that Allen suffers from Tako-tsubo cardiomyopathy, which is caused by sudden weakness of the left ventricle. Elizabeth does not understand how this could happen.
Allen leads a healthy lifestyle and plays sports. Janet explains that this cardiomyopathy is caused by the stress caused by emotional shock. Worried, Elizabeth asks if Allen’s condition is serious. Janet confirms that her husband has no problems. However, they had to put Allen into an induced coma so that his heart could heal faster.
It won’t have any after effects, but it will require rest upon awakening. Janet then offers Elizabeth to go home and rest, but the businessman prefers to stay with his companion.
Early in the morning, Flori finds Elisabeth in the hospital. He asks Elizabeth how her father is. The businessman calms him down and explains that Allen has been put into a coma to help him recover faster.
Flor cries as she sees her father surrounded by cars. She then thanks Elizabeth for warning her, although sometimes they had trouble communicating and understanding each other.
A few hours later, François Laumier called Elizabeth. He asks if he has changed his mind about Catherine. He seems cold and tells him flatly that he has no idea about it. His companion is in the hospital.
Francois says he’s sorry for the news. Elizabeth then blames Catherine for what happened to Allen. He adds that after what happened, there is no doubt that he will become the deputy CEO of the new group.
But Francois doesn’t see how Catherine is responsible for Alain’s health problems. He finds these accusations a bit simplistic. Elizabeth threatens him and hangs up.
In high school, Tiago has trouble concentrating. He is very worried about his grandfather and thinks the worst. Robin tries to comfort her and tell her that everything will be fine. Then he grabs it.
Elizabeth and Fleur spent the day at Allen’s bedside. They are tired but happy to spend this difficult day together. That’s when Allen wakes up. Elizabeth and Flore rushed into the room. While Flor goes to find a nurse, Allen tells Elizabeth that he loves her.
Meanwhile, Janet returns home and tells Clement that Allen is in good health. He emphasizes that Flore and Elizabeth were together all day. Clement hopes that this ordeal will allow Allen and Elizabeth to reconcile.
