Celebrities unite and make millionaire donations to help Rio Grande do Sul; find out the details
Celebrities have taken to social media this week to show support for residents of rain-hit regions in Rio Grande do Sul. According to the state government, more than 100 municipalities suffered losses due to the storms.
Nicolas Prattes, Virginia Fonseca, Luisa Sonza, Eiezer and other celebrities showed solidarity with the situation and, in addition to publicizing the fundraising for solidarity campaigns, they also made donations.
Virginia revealed on social media that she will return all profits from her cosmetics company, Wepink, to the victims. Nicolas Prattes shared this Friday morning, 05/03, that he had donated R$50,000.
Eliezer also released the link to the solidarity campaign organized by the Instituto Vakinha, Pretinho Básico and Badin Colono, which has already raised around R$440,000.
To date, 13 people have died and at least 21 are missing.
