Son of Gugu Liberato graduates in the United States; he looks at the details

João Augusto Liberato, 22, studied business administration at an institute in Florida

Joao Augusto Liberatoson of Gugu Freed with Rosa Miriam, graduated, at the age of 22, from Rollins College, a prestigious private college in Florida, United States. He entered university in 2020 and studied business administration with a specialization in communications.

The annual fee at Rollins College, which accepts foreign students, ranges between $26,000 and $110,000 (R$133,000 to R$562,000, at the current rate). According to information from the Notícias da TV website, The basic monthly college fee is 9 thousand dollars (about R$ 46 thousand). Most students get discounts thanks to the SAT, a test that works like entrance exams in Brazil.

The final value also depends on the analysis of each student’s family income: the higher it is, the higher the monthly fee will be. Therefore, according to the procedure, João Augusto must have indicated in his registration that he is one of the heirs of the sum of R$1 billion left by Gugu.

Last week, Rose Miriam shared photos of João Augusto’s graduation on Instagram, with photos together with his sisters, Sofia and Marina Liberato. The presenter’s legacy has been the cause of arguments in the family in recent years.

“It is with immense joy in our hearts that we celebrate João’s graduation this morning (…) Now a door opens so that he can walk peacefully, always moving forward with God in his heart. Dad was not physically present, but spiritually very happy with this result,” Rose wrote in an initial post. She later shared more photos of the moment. Watch:
