The bride discovers that the space reserved for the wedding is closed days before the ceremony

Katelyn Stalboerger had paid 10 thousand dollars (about R$ 51 thousand) for rent

OR The dream of marriage has turned into a huge headache for an American woman from Minnesota. Two weeks before the ceremony, Katelyn Stalboerger I received an email with the information that the place rented for the special day was closing.

Without having a new space for the wedding, the girl desperately resorted to letting off steam on TikTok. According to her, the rent of the place cost 10 thousand dollars (about R$ 51 thousand). This amount was not refunded.

“Please help us. Our wedding venue just informed us that they have closed. We have nowhere to go and we lost all our money,” Stalboerger complained on social media.

PLEASE HELP our wedding venue just told us they are closed effective immediately and we have nowhere to go and are out of all the money. We were supposed to get married in Isanti, Minnesota. Our church is in Ham Lake, Minnesota.

As the video went viral on the Internet, the rant was successful. Among the numerous proposals received in the comments, the Majestic Oaks Golf Club company, from the city of Ham Lake, promoted the ceremony for the couple’s 185 guests on May 4th.

Before finding the new location, the bride said she tried to contact the company she had initially chosen, but got no response. Circle B continues to delete profiles from social networks and its website.

In the cancellation message, the company explained that it was more possible to maintain the business in the “current economic environment and with the proliferation of new wedding venues.”
