The businesswoman recalled feeling good in the days before the “worst news of her life”; in January she was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia
Fabiana Giusto took to social media last Sunday, the 27th, to tell more about his diagnosis of acute myeloid leukemia. The entrepreneur discovered she had cancer in January this year, she is undergoing treatment and in March she underwent a bone marrow transplant.
On his Instagram he recalled what the process of discovering the disease was like. “To give you an idea, I didn’t feel anything on Friday,” she said. “Saturday and Sunday I started to feel strangely sick, headache, a little back pain.”
According to Fabiana, she called a masseur for back pain and thought the pain was due to gymnastics. “I thought something had stopped, but it didn’t, because the situation didn’t ease,” she said.
“It was a matter of very few days for me to find out the worst news of my life, but, thank God, I have full faith that this will just be a chapter that will be left behind. I will definitely look at it and see it as something that has made me more strong, which made me appreciate life and the things that matter even more. This page will turn and I will continue my story only with beautiful things”, he added.
