BOMB: Alleged account out of Brazil attributed to Alexandre Correa received almost R$1 billion; The police investigate


The former assistant of Alexandre Correa and Ana Hickmann would have an account in a bank in England; the businessman denies it.




Another controversial twist in the case Ana Hickmann X Alessandro Correa! The State Department of Criminal Investigation (DEIC) has opened an investigation to investigate financial transactions on an account at a bank in England, attributed to the businessman and to the presenter’s former assistant, Claudia Helena dos Santos, accused of being an accomplice in the forgery of the signatures of the famous.

The investigation, published by the newspaper Folha de São Paulo, was confirmed by the DEIC and opened after the presenter’s defense presented a series of documents. The alleged account at Barclays Bank, London, received deposits of R$946.9 million.

In total, five allegedly large transactions were made on the account. The first was a deposit of R$500 million. In January 2021, another R$200 million entered the account. In March 2022 it amounted to $12 million (R$61.8 million at current exchange rates). Two months later, another R$15 million. The last movement dates back to August of the same year with another 33 million dollars (R$ 170.1 million).

No amounts were withdrawn, only deposited, generating nearly a billion dollars. Also according to information from Folha, Ana’s defense pointed out that some of the names who deposited on this account are facing legal action for carrying out scams in Brazil.

The case will be investigated at the Third Financial and Economic Fraud Investigation Police Station of the DEIC. “The content of the documents presented is being analyzed and the Police Authority awaits the arrival of other reports…
