The apartment is owned by Caetano Veloso’s wife but the former employee has acquired the right to the property
The dispute between Paula Lavignewife of Caetano Velosoand the former housekeeper Edna Santos I have a new chapter. Paula is now banned from entering her apartment, which is currently occupied by the former employee.
According to the editorialist Daniele NascimentoEdna asked the Court to prevent Paula, Caetano and anyone connected to them from entering the property until he leaves, with judicial authorization.
According to the documents, Edna’s defense stated that the client fears retaliation from Paula, who she described as “unstable and prone to outbursts of temper.” They also claim that Paula confiscated Edna’s cell phone without warning, making it impossible for her to remove personal information.
Therefore, Paula and Caetano are prohibited from entering the Ipanema apartment until Thursday (06), when Edna will have to leave the place. If they do not comply with the court order, they will be fined R$1,000 per day.
