At the international film festival SOL held in the Spanish city of Torrevieja, the main female award was won by the aspiring actress Anna Peresild. The jury noted the strong performance of the 13-year-old daughter of Yulia Peresild in the film “Tibra” directed by Anna Goroyan.
The mystical thriller tells about an albino girl named Muka, who becomes the only witness to the mysterious disappearance of her peer and falls in love with the main suspect.
This film is about kindness, about humanity,” says Anna Peresild. – For me, this picture is about how important it is to accept people as they are, not to remain indifferent. It doesn’t matter what hair color or ear shape someone has, love will save the world. I think this topic will resonate with everyone, which is why the first viewers liked it so much.
The film also starred Victoria Isakova, Artem Bystrov and others. The artistic director of the film was Yuri Moroz, and the director was Anna Goroyan, for whom “Tibra” became the debut in a full meter.
The film will be released on September 15, 2022.
The SOL International Film Festival has been held in Torrevieja for the eighth year. Films from Spain, Armenia, Denmark, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Russia and other countries take part in the screening program.
