Many women are familiar with the problem of a bulging belly from below. In fact, such an anatomical feature is associated with our hormonal nature. However, due to malnutrition, stress and sedentary work, the lower abdomen begins to swell more – and requires special physical activity aimed specifically at this area.

Most push-up press exercises work the upper and side muscles of the abdomen. Therefore, if you want to get rid of the protruding fold of fat under the navel, write down more complex exercises – for example, lifting the body against the wall.

  • Get on all fours, raise your shins and press firmly against the wall to stay on your knees
  • Standing on knees and elbows, move the body back and forth, lowering the body to the floor to the hands, then lifting it up and trying to touch the buttocks of the shins
  • Work at a pace that is comfortable for you, remembering to follow the sensations of the body. The main load should be felt in the abdomen – especially with proper training breathing, which we talked about in this material.
  • Do the exercise for one minute, then rest a bit and repeat two more times.

And don’t forget about proper nutrition! Excess sugar and bad fats are strongly reflected in this part of the figure – as is the lack of high fiber slow carbohydrates.
