Anita You have a new home! Years after putting his famous villa up for sale, the singer acquired a property, also located in Rio de Janeiro. According to information from Quem magazine, the purchase was closed in recent weeks.
With lots of greenery around and a privileged view of the wonderful city, Anitta, who is in a relationship with singer Peso Plumahe chose a villa located in a condominium in Itanhangá, an exclusive area of the capital of Rio.
On sale for just R$11 million, the property has been described by Muller Imóveis, a company specializing in high-end homes, as a “cinematic villa” and with “soap opera decorations”.

According to information from the real estate agency, the house has several recreational areas, such as a swimming pool with a wooden terrace, a gourmet area with barbecue, a support kitchen and a steam sauna. The space also features a Home Theatre, game room, wine cellar, gym, kennel, music studio and security control room.

On the first floor the villa has a large living room divided into three rooms, a kitchen equipped with an oven and an integrated dining room. In the second, residents and guests can use four suites; the double bedroom is equipped with a wardrobe and hydromassage tub.
