Guilhermina Guinle is involved in a serious controversy. The employee had been Luiz Eduardo Guinle’s carer for 26 years, worked from Monday to Saturday and lived in the entrepreneur’s house. She guarantees that she was “loved” and considered “one of the family” by her boss.

Luiz died on May 3, aged 82. As a result, the employee was allegedly warned by Guilhermina that she would be fired. The caregiver responded by saying that she would seek a lawyer to guide her.

The situation became critical on May 13, when Guilhermina’s legal advisor contacted the employee to ask her to leave the house that belonged to her boss. The caregiver refused to leave and, once again, her employment rights were compromised.

The employee accuses Guilhermina of having reported her and called the police to forcibly remove her from her home, claiming that she had violated her home.
