JLo and Ben Affleck are making a big decision just days before their second wedding anniversary

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck will celebrate two years this year on July 16 since they were surprisingly married in a chapel in Las Vegas.

The couple will apparently reach their wedding anniversary amid intense rumors that they are ‘on the brink’ of divorce after reportedly facing serious marriage problems.

They have remained completely silent on the accuracy of the reports, but they recently went public with a major decision that has raised suspicions that they will split.

JLo and Ben Affleck announce a major decision

On July 11, media outlets such as Page Six and People announced that Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have decided to go public with their decision to put their family mansion up for sale.

The luxury property is now openly advertised on the specialist portal Redfin for a price of $68 million.

The post includes photos of the different areas of the residence, a video tour and a detailed description.

“Newly renovated to the highest standard over the past 4 months and located in one of Beverly Hills’ most exclusive and secure enclaves, is the magnificent Crestview Manor,” it says.

The website says the building has 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms, a kitchen, living room, dining room, fully equipped gym and entertainment room.

The actors acquired the property in May 2023 for $60.8 million, the Daily Mail reported at the time.

They only stayed in it for a few days after the purchase, and the ‘On the floor’ singer himself supervised workers arranging their furniture.

“Bennifer,” as the duo is known, only owned the property for a year. On May 15, In Touch revealed that the Hollywood heartthrob had already called it quits, amid his alleged clashes with the singer.

Us Weekly later pointed out that Affleck lives in a rental in Brentwood, which is near the home of his ex, Jennifer Garner, and their children, Violet, Fin and Samuel.

JLo and Ben Affleck have been selling their mansion for weeks

Although Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck decided yesterday to openly let the world know that they want to get rid of what used to be their home, they would be looking for a month to find someone to buy it.

On June 9, TMZ announced that it had hired agent Santiago Arena of The Agency for this purpose.

According to portal sources, the expert has been showing the so-called “Crestview Manor” for about two weeks.
