While the third and decisive set of the women’s beach volleyball was taking place, the Brazilian Ana Patricia I got stressed out about the Canadian Brenda Wilkerson and the two had a live fight! To keep the atmosphere down, the court DJ played “Imagine,” John Lennon’s classic song celebrating world peace. Legendary!

After the Canadian attack in the third set, with a first call for a ball out, Ana Patrícia started arguing with Brenda, pointing the finger (more than once) and everything against her rival! The referee even entered the court to intervene in the argument… After realizing the situation, the person in charge of the ambient sound was smart and played a very symbolic song with the intention of stopping the ‘buzz’.
