The day before, the 24-year-old daughter of Princess Anne’s ex-husband, Captain Mark Phillips, from her marriage to Hawaiian rider Sandy Pfluger Stephanie Phillips, married her lover William Hosier. In addition to friends and relatives, including Mark Phillips himself, members of the royal family who are close to Stephanie also attended the celebration: Princess Anna, as well as the Tindalls in almost full force – Zara and Mike with their daughters Mia and Lena, who posed with the same young bridesmaids Isla and Savannah Phillips. The young son of the wife was left at home.

The celebration took place at the Church of St Mary the Virgin Mary in Tetbury, Gloucestershire, and the guests tried on the best outfits for the special occasion. Young bridesmaids riveted everyone’s attention with tender images: 8-year-old Mia and 4-year-old Tindall, also 10-year-old Phillips, wore identical lace dresses with long skirts and blue silk garters, 11-year-old Savannah distinguished herself from her sister, appearing in a flying light blue dress with short sleeves. Princess Anne shone in a summer checkered knee-length blazer dress, a sophisticated yellow hat and caramel accessories. Zara Tindall opted for an elegant lace mini dress with dramatic bishop sleeves, and complemented the look with beige pumps and a blue clutch.
According to the press, Princess Anne was present at the moment when her ex-husband Mark Phillips was walking his daughter down the aisle.
Recall that Stephanie is the daughter of Captain Phillips from his second marriage. The girl is not related to Princess Anna, but they are friendly. Stephanie grew up close to half-siblings Zara (now Tyndall) and Peter Phillips, who lived on Princess Anne’s estate in Gatcombe Park, where Mark, 73, also continued to live after he divorced her in 1992.
