Felipe Prior, former participant of Big Brother Brazil, has become a defendant in another rape case. The Court of São Paulo accepted a new complaint from the Public Prosecutor against him, already convicted of another rape, committed in 2014.

The information was detailed by the MP on the portal G1 and confirmed to Earth. The trial is being held in secret before the courts. According to the website, the MP has presented his final arguments before the verdict, while the defendant has not yet spoken. The complaint was filed in May 2023 and accepted in June 2023.

The latest charges were filed on Wednesday 11. According to the document, the rape occurred in February 2015, in the city of Votuporanga, in the interior of São Paulo. Felipe Prior allegedly forced an intimate relationship with the victim inside a tent, during a carnival outing.
The two were at the pool when he forced a kiss and ran his hand over the victim’s body. She said she felt offended and embarrassed. They left the area and went to a tent, where Prior pinned her down and raped her, according to testimony. He noticed one of the woman’s friends approaching, and she managed to escape the violence.
In testimony, Prior confirmed that he had sexual intercourse with the victim, but denied that there was any violence, stating that the relationship was consensual.
For the Prosecutor, the materiality of the fact and paternity were clear, since the Prior did not deny having committed “carnal conjunction with the victim”. He allegedly tried to claim that the woman had become jealous because she believed he had been with another woman on the same day. The statement was denied by the victim.
“Inventing such serious facts, for such trivial reasons, does not seem to correspond to the personality of the victim. […] The facts were revealed by the victim to the authorities only after learning that the defendant had committed similar acts with other women, even using the same modus operandi,” the prosecutor wrote.
Another case
The Court of Justice of São Paulo increased the sentence of Felipe Prior for another rape case, for which he had been convicted. The decision was made on September 10. The former BBB will have to serve 8 years in prison in semi-open regime.
In 2014, Felipe Prior allegedly gave the victim and a friend a ride from a college party. After dropping the colleague off at her house, Prior continued on to the victim’s home.
On a nearby street, he began kissing her and dragged her into the back seat of his vehicle. The man allegedly raped the woman, who was drunk and unable to defend herself. Prior was convicted of the crime in court.
