The split, according to information obtained from the vehicle, was as follows: the property will be sold and the proceeds will be split between the two, half and half. If the house is not sold, Gal’s widow will be able to live in it.
The minimum price established for the sale of the house is R$ 8 million.
It was also agreed that the royalties from the songs recorded by Gal, deposited in a court account, will also be divided equally between the two.
All proceeds from the singer’s work after the sale of the house will go exclusively to her son Gabriel.
In this, the young man also committed to renounce the active proceedings against Wilma. After her mother’s death, she demanded answers about the whereabouts of all of Gal’s assets and the annulment of the recognition of the singer’s stable union with Wilma. According to the statements made by the young people, they were not a couple and, therefore, the current widow would not be entitled to half of the assets.
