On the afternoon of last Tuesday (24), the Court of Justice of Pernambuco revoked the pre-trial detention of Gustavo Lima as well as the seizure of the passport and the firearm registration certificate. The decision was taken by Judge Eduardo Guilliod, who also recently overturned the arrest of lawyer Deolane Bezerra.
The singer is the target of Operational integrationwhich is investigating an alleged money laundering scheme and illegal gambling practices, involving the company Vaidebet, of which it acquired 25% in June this year.

According to g1, Judge Eduardo Guilliod Maranhão said that the justifications for the singer’s arrest were “mere inappropriate conclusions and general considerations.” The judge stressed that there is no concrete evidence that Gusttavo Lima helped in the escape of businessman José André da Rocha Neto, owner of Vaidebet.
