A graphotechnical expertise carried out at the request of the Court of Justice of São Paulo (TJSP) found that the signatures were made in the presenter’s name Ana Hickmann in a bank loan of over R$652 thousand are fake. The expert compared the signatures contained in the presenter’s personal documents, as well as others added by her personally, with the signatures present in the loan request. “The signatures and initials of the contested document in the case file are irrefutably false”, reads the report, signed last Monday, the 21st.

In July, the TJSP had already suspended the presenter’s R$1.7 million debt. The action concerned a debt of one million dollars incurred by the company Hickmann Serviços Ltda, in the names of Ana and Alexandre, to a financial institution in Tatuí, in the interior of São Paulo. The company had been collecting the debt in court since December and had even requested the seizure of the presenter’s assets, such as properties and revenues deriving from image rights, television commercials and advertisements made on social media. The information that the former couple’s company was accumulating millions of dollars in debt was confirmed by the presenter herself during an interview with Spectacular Sundayfrom Record TV, in November last year. At the time, Ana had just filed a complaint against Alexandre for domestic violence and personal injury.
