Bianca revealed that her mother, Mônica, has always been her greatest source of inspiration. “I always say there are five people who can say everything, I’m quiet, I’m quiet, right? Because I trust these people. And obviously the first of them is my mother,” he said. He reiterated that his mother’s teachings have shaped his personal and professional position. “She teaches me to really be a respectful person towards others and towards myself,” he added.
Addressing the topic of criticism, Bianca joked about the importance of “a lot of therapy” to deal with exposure. “When a person speaks badly of another, they are actually talking about themselves,” he said. However, she stressed that she is always open to feedback, positive or negative, especially when it comes from her consumers.

As an example, she cited the launch of her brand, Boca Rosa Beauty. Initially scheduled for June, the launch was postponed to October after criticism related to packaging defects. Bianca chose to correct the problems before making the products available on the market. “They looked at me and said, ‘You’re crazy!’ […] In the short term, I lost millions. Long term, I’m here, talking to these wonderful people, having your attention,” he explained.
With a career spanning more than a decade, Bianca recalls often hearing that her relevance would be fleeting. However, she highlighted that she has been recognized as the most admired influencer in Brazil by the multinational marketing company Scopen. “I understood that influencing means raising debates. Because with this we make people question extremely important things. If we don’t start this debate, we miss the opportunity for people to ask themselves about something that will often change their lives,” he said.
Now, in addition to focusing on Boca Rosa Beauty, Bianca has revealed her plans to launch a consultancy service to teach brand building and consumer relationships. The start of the new business is expected in 2025. “We really believe in this new business,” he concluded.
