Jojo Todynho revealed news about motherhood
In an interview with the LeoDias portal, singer and entrepreneur Jojo Todynho, 27, shared news about her adopted son’s new life, Francis. The boy’s adoption process began last year, after Jojo met him during a trip to Luanda, Angola, and was enchanted by the boy.
According to the singer, Francisco’s biological family will continue to maintain contact with him, while she will take responsibility for providing him with an international education. Jojo revealed that he decided to keep the boy abroad to study, paying for his life until he finished college.
“I’ve already made up my mind about his life. I’m going to keep him out there, paying for his life until he finishes college. He’ll come to Brazil on vacation and travel with me.” Next year Francisco will be enrolled in a private school in Angola and, when he turns 14, he will go to a preparatory school in Portugal. Jojo explained that the choice was influenced by his public life and the challenges of today’s Brazil.
“The path that our Brazil is going, unfortunately, is very difficult. It will live in an exposure that it did not ask for. My life is very exposed and I must have the sensitivity not to expose it.” Jojo also commented on the progress of Francisco’s paperwork, including his American and Brazilian visas.
