Sherlyn announced that a new “baby” had come to complete her family and showed the happiness this caused her son André.
The actress, who lives in Miami for more than a year, even showed the exact moment when the 4-year-old met the partner of his life.
Sherlyn and her son Andre show off their ‘baby’
Taking to her Instagram account, Sherlyn revealed that she and André now have a Goldendoodle puppy by their side, named Joy.
In a video, posted on November 19, you can see the moment the boy met the dog, a gift from “a very important person” to them.
The boy found the dog after revealing a carrier, and the expression of surprise and excitement immediately appeared.
“Honey, it’s your baby,” the singer is also heard telling her firstborn as she approached the pet to pet it.
She pointed out to Andre that Joy is her “friend” and confessed that, personally, she’s “in love watching them grow up together.”
The clip also featured the compilation of several moments of the duo living together, playing outdoors and taking a car ride.
Sherlin gives details about Joy
After revealing that Joy has joined her beloved clan, Sherlyn said that she has, in fact, been at her home for “a few weeks”.
“He’s three months old, he’s tiny,” said the star of youth soaps like “Class 406,” which can be seen here on ViX.
She also clarified that the pup still “doesn’t know his grandparents” or “his aunt,” so they hope to travel with him to Mexico soon.
On why she chose this large breed, she said, “Children have a different energy level and need a different kind of companion.”
“I think Joy will be a great partner for André because they run, they play, they get tired, they wake each other up,” she said.
