The court decision, dated 11, won the case in favor of MC Mirella in the first instance. According to the ruling, the defendant’s statements went beyond what was acceptable for a public figure like MC Mirella, causing her suffering.

The criticisms hit not only MC Mirella, but also the minor daughteramplifying the impact of offensive statements. As a result, the court ordered Amanda Cristina Radiante to compensate the funk singer with R$15,000, even though Mirella’s initial request was R$30,000 for the moral damages suffered.
