In a statement, the player’s defense said:

“People have asked for information about a work process related to the construction of the skatepark, carried out by the Gustavo Scarpa Institute. I would like to inform you that I have already spoken to the court and I am still waiting for the next steps. Unfortunately there is no shortage of bad guys who want to take advantage of other people’s work… nothing new. Our main goal is to encourage sport and support teenagers and children in the Hortolândia region and nearby cities. It is curious that no one has stepped forward to help the Scarpinha Institute pay for the work on the track, which will be very useful to many people. Taking advantage of the theme, next week, thanks to God and the work of good professionals, we will inaugurate the track and everyone is invited.”

The dispute continues in court

While the courts analyze the player’s case, the skatepark is expected to open next week, maintaining its initial goal of promoting the sport and bringing benefits to the local community. Hortolandia.
