Flay’s new address is 650 square meters of area and was available for rental on a real estate site, with a rent of $ 11,000. In total, the building has five bedrooms, four suite, swimming pool, gourmet area with oven and barbecue, TV room and six bathrooms in total.
“It’s all illuminated, very airy. I brought this house furnished here, what is missing now is to put my personality in every room,” he praised when he made a tour of the property.

Despite the size of the house, the singer said that only those who will live there, his son, Bernardo and a friend. He also explained that he intends to divide between life to San Paolo and Rio Grande do Norte. “Part we live in San Paolo, part we live here, because we are in preparation for San João, which is very strong here in the north -est,” he said.
Flay also justified the reason why he decided to live in this house. “I was a materialist, I never called to live in a very large place, but I thought of choosing a residential in a very safe way,” he said.
