American celebrity website Page Six accessed the double lawsuit documents between Johnny Deep and Amber Heard and found that the actor suffers from erectile dysfunction. The statement was found among the papers brought to court by the actress’s lawyers.

The documents brought to court are dated March 28, and the justification for being relevant in the lawsuit is that such a medical condition would have worsened Johnny’s violent behavior in the relationship.

“Although Mr. Depp prefers not to open up about his erectile dysfunction condition, that condition is absolutely relevant to sexual assault, including Mr. Depp’s anger and the use of a bottle to rape Amber Heard,” the document reads, as revealed by the website.

Amber Heard’s lawyers said the actor’s erectile problem would make it “more likely” that he would be “angry or agitated” during sexual encounters with his then-wife. The actress talked about the episode of sexual violence with a bottle among the many allegations of violence committed by her ex-husband and not considered by the jury present at the trial, which took place from April to June this year.

Contacted by Page Six, Johnny Depp’s team of lawyers did not comment on the case or the allegation of the medical problem.
