Breycaster will broadcast a new season of the Moon Da series from Moon

Tv Culture, in collaboration with Sesi-Sp and production of Mixer films, Saturday (June 28) The return of “Munda da Moon”, a classic children originally broadcast between 1991 and 1992

The production, designed by Flávio de Souza and with artistic direction of João Daniel Tikhomiroff, maintains the original concept: the appreciation of the childhood imagination in the middle of the daily life of the family. However, the protagonism now passes from Lucas Silva and Silva to his daughter, Emilia. Interpreted by Sabrina Souza, the character is described as an inventive and passionate child of robotics, who explores his creativity together with a robot named Felix and the emblematic recorder inherited from his father.

The new plot portrays Lucas as an adult who left the astronaut dreams to become an aerial pilot. He lived from Marcelo Serrado, the character now lives with his wife Isabela (Pathy Dejesus) and his daughter Emilia, who assume the main role of the narrative. “I try to make fun, dreamer and a lot of dad,” he said scored when he commented on his approach to the role.

In the cast, the series also has the presence of renowned names of national dramaturgy. Antonio Fagundes gives life to his grandfather Rogério, while Barbara Bruno plays Carolina, grandmother of Emilia. Flávio de Souza, creator of the show, also returns to the scene like Uncle Dudu. Complete the cast Patricia Gaspar (Berê), Henrique Stroeter (Bão) and Mayana Blum, who resumes the role of Juliana Silva and Silva, Lucas’ sister.

During the recordings, the team tried to save the visual identity of the original series. The scenario of the Dos Silva and Silva house, for example, was reconstructed with objects similar to those used in the 90s. A curious detail was the search for the former recorder of jealous Model 256, of which only one copy was found after a large question of Sebums.

The inaugural episode of the new season leads the family collected to watch Lucas’s birthday videos as a child in an attempt to connect further and present. This bridge between generations is one of the central axes of the proposal, as Antonio Fagundes said: “The series shows the family away from cell phones, collected at the table. It is an invitation to do the same”.

The official debut was preceded by a preview held at Solar Fábio Prado, in San Paolo, attended by the cast and guests. According to production, the series is part of the commemorative actions for the 60th anniversary of TV culture. Although there is no confirmation of a new wave of episodes after this season, the scenarios are preserved.
