British-born Australian singer and actress Olivia Newton-John died on Monday at the age of 73, according to a post on her Instagram account. “Ms. Olivia Newton-John (73) died peacefully on her ranch in Southern California this morning, surrounded by family and friends,” she reads in the social media post.
Olivia had been battling breast cancer for over 30 years. The cause of her death was not confirmed by her husband, but according to a TMZ source, “after a 30-year journey with cancer, she lost her battle with metastatic breast cancer.”
