Days when the actor died accidentally drowned on Playa Grande beach, Costa Rica, head of the country’s Atlantic Tourist Police, Elberth León, tells what he is alleged to see.
“Both had been pulled out of the stream,” he told us weekly, referring to the artist and his girlfriend, from whom he never revealed the name.

In August 2021, Malcolm-Jamal Warner shared on Instagram that her baby was 3 years old, so she would now be between 7 and 8 years old.
“He was swimming together and trapped by a hangover stream. Obviously, as a father, he fought for his daughter, but the current in this area is very strong and could not achieve their goal,” the employee said.
He stressed that authorities received a call through the emergency system, 911, on Sunday, July 20th. When his team arrived on stage, there were already a Red Cross staff.
“They showed that Mr Malcolm was in the water enjoying his daughter, at that time, they were pulled by a hangover stream,” he said.
“Two people in the place entered a surf table and a boogie table to help rescue people trapped in the current,” he added.
Elberth León said that “they managed to stay with the girl, to raise it to the table”, but this, “because of the power of the current, one of them, Nicaragua, had to release the table and push it to the shore” so that the minor “could reach the ground”.
“The person who pushed the table was also pulled out of the stream, which forced those who had the table to return to the sea to get it out. They managed to get it in critical condition, it was very exhausted,” he said.
According to him, Malcolm-Jamal then rescued him, without vital signs, the Red Cross lifeguards and one of the rescuers of the Caribbean guards.
The version refuses
Following this statement, Bridi’s regional submission of the Bridi of the Judicial Investigation Service (OIJ) will question what Elberth León said, US Weekly said.
