Everything goes: Raquel sells a sandwich on the beach and has a pleasant surprise

In the most recent recordings of Vale Tudo’s remake, the edge of bar from Tijuca and São Conrado Beach, in Rio de Janeiro, were the scene of a scene that saves one of the most remarkable moments in the history of the novel. Friday (August 8), Taís Araujo again embodied Raquel Acioli selling natural sandwiches on the beach, a situation that marked the beginning of the character’s trajectory in the original plot.

The sequence takes place after a hard set of arrest in Rachel’s life. After winning the Paladar restaurant with a lot of effort, the character loses his business due to a blow of Odete Roitman, played by Debora Bloch.

The villain, with the help of Maria de Fátima (Bella Campos), discovers that Celina (Malu Galli) is a hidden partner of the protagonist and convinces her to sell her part without the knowledge of Rachel, which causes the end of society and the accumulation of debt.

According to the registered scenes, Rachel appears with a simple uniform, transporting a polystyrene, while observed by Heleninha (Paolla Oliveira) and Celina herself. The presence of the two characters indicates that the moment, in addition to being dramatic, also brings emotional tension and embarrassment, since it refers to the beginning of the trajectory of overcoming Raquel, now forced to start again.

Filming brought Taís Araujo, Patolla Oliveira and Malu Galli to Cariocas’ sands on a sunny day, typical of winter in the city. The mood relaxed behind the scenes contrasted the dramatic load of the sequence, which symbolizes another script lap and strengthens the intensity of the conflicts between the characters.

Although the plot is full of twists and turns, the recovery of the sale of Sandwich by Raquel is, above all, a narrative resource to show the resilience of the protagonist in the face of the traps designed by Odete and Maria de Fátima. In other words, it is a return to the starting point, but with an accumulation of experiences and wounds that certainly influence the way the character has to face the new challenge.
