The fan claims to have requested a refund from the Sun7Live manufacturer after the announcement of the cancellation, but did not receive the amount back. In addition to the financial compensation, Camila asks the singer to record a special DVD dedicated to fans damaged by cancellation.

Joelma presented her defense on September 4, clarifying that J. Music was hired by Sun7Live only to perform three presentations on a ship that would have been chosen by the manufacturer himself. The artist says that all responsibilities relating to the organization of Cruzeiro were exclusively Sun7Live.

According to the documents presented to the Court, the manufacturer did not comply with the contractual clauses since the start of the partnership, including non -payment of the cache for scheduled shows. This led Joelma and his company to terminate the contract.

“The decision to cancel participation aimed to avoid further damage to both fans and the artist’s image”, says the defense, which states that the responsibility to repay the amounts paid by the fans would be entirely by Sun7Live.

The defense of the singer disputes the request for compensation for moral damage, claiming that the narrated facts have not shaken the author’s intimate sphere. To strengthen his position, Joelma and J. Music mention that other processes relating to the same event led to the acquittal of the singer and the exclusive conviction of Sun7Live.
