This Tuesday, the 21st, she revealed on her social networks that she is currently a yoga teacher and is specializing in Gestalt Therapy, a clinical approach to psychology focused on harmony between thoughts. Furthermore, Carolina also runs a marketing agency.
Carolina, 30 years old and living in Barcelona, Spain, since 2021, published a video in which she speaks in Spanish, in which she recalls her career as an actress and talks about her current occupations:
“I speak five languages. This passion for storytelling led me to create my own marketing agency. Working as a creative director and social media manager, I help companies tell their stories. Now I’m training as a Gestalt therapist. I don’t know yet if I’ll dedicate myself to this or not, but I will definitely incorporate it into my activities. I also study a lot about traditional Chinese medicine, reiki and I’m also a yoga teacher.”
In August, the actress was in Brazil to shoot the film in Pará “Julian against the devil’s jambeiro for the heart of John the Baptist”.
“A little more than four years after leaving Brazil, I returned to doing what I love most: a movie. I’ve discovered many things about myself lately, and one of them was that I can, yes, be happy without acting. So I confess that I had some doubts about how I would feel returning to what for much of my life was the place where I felt most comfortable in the world. And it was magical,” he reported on social media at the time.
“I found myself enjoying and living in a different, more mature way, of someone who knows that life is not just this: that it is not just flowers, but is also far from being just thorns. It was beautiful, and it was difficult and it was tiring, and it was really, really beautiful”, completed.
