The presenter tells her side of her relationship with the pilot in a new documentary series
THE HBO Max published this Wednesday, 29th, a new trailer for the documentary series My Ayrton for Adriana Galisteu. In two episodes, the attraction promises to bring previously unpublished details of the relationship between the presenter and the pilot, told from her point of view.
The attraction has the episodic direction of John Weinerand interviewed as a former F1 driver Emerson Fittipaldi, Jacir Bergmann IIone of Ayrton’s best friends, Luiza Almeida Bragathe advisor Betise Assumpçao and the journalist Roberto Cabrini.
“With Ayrton alive, I lived that experience like a great fairy tale,” he recalls in the trailer. “It’s been a magical year and a half.” The two dated from 1993 until the pilot’s death in May 1994.
Galisteo e Seine lived one of the most talked about love stories of the 90s in Brazil, and many have pointed out that this part of the story from the pilot was reduced in the series Seinefrom Netflix, starring Gabriele Leone and directed by Vicente Amorim. In the plot, Adriane was played by Giulia Foti.
According to HBO Max, the purpose of the documentary is to allow Galisteu to present his version of events independently and according to his own narrative, in a format that mixes interviews, reconstructions and visits to places important in the relationship between the two. The premiere is scheduled for November 6th.
