The actor joins the group of artists who no longer have exclusive rights with the broadcaster
The actor Osmar Prado did not have the renewal of his contract with Globo and is no longer a fixed-term contract with the station. The last work of the veteran of the telenovela was in “Pantanal” in which he played the Old Man of Rio and received praise from the public.
In an interview with “Em Off”, the actor talked about leaving the station. “It wasn’t a formal contract, in the end we could renew it or not. Let’s not forget that the first contracts to be terminated were those of Tarcísio Meira and Glória Menezes, historical icons of Globo, ”he said.
And he said he had no grudge but gratitude for the opportunities he had. “He [peronagem] it came to me in a cosmic conspiracy, a gift from the universe, for my 63 years of career and 75 years of existence.
