Originally released on the album “Eletricidade”, the song “Night and day” was saved and rewritten. Accompanied by cellist Gretel Paganini, the group revisited the song in the “Capital Inicial 4.0” project, now with a new arrangement, created in collaboration with producer Dudu Marote.

The exciting ballad arrived on digital platforms this Friday, 21st, and will then be present in the Deluxe version of the audiovisual project “Capital Inicial 4.0”.

Happy to revisit a song little known to the general public in the band’s catalog, Dinho comments:

“‘Noite e Dia’ is a ballad that I did with Bozo Barretti. The original version is on the album ‘Eletricidade’. It is one of the songs that we have recovered from our B-side repertoire. Over the years, several songs that for we are fantastic we have been unfairly left behind. In this project “4.0 ‘we have saved some of them. We know many others have been left behind, but they may appear in another project someday in the future! This is a song that has never been worked on, never made it to the radio, doesn’t have a video, and has only been known to hardcore fans. I hope now, with this re-recording, it gets the prominence it always deserved. And, as if that wasn’t enough, there was still the stimulating participation of Gretel Paganini, the track has become irresistible for me “.

Meet Greta Paganini

Finally, it is worth noting that Gretel Paganini is a cellist with a degree in Music from UNIRIO and a Masters in Musicology from UFRJ. Also, she Gretel has already been part of the reality show string group, such as The Voice Corn. Flattered by the invitation, Gretel comments:

“It was a great honor to participate in the song” Noite e Dia “with Capital Inicial, a group that was part of the incredible moments of my adolescence. The sensitive and competent gaze of the band, the arranger and the art director made the cello presence in this beautiful commemorative show. Thank you very much! “
