Andrew Garfield Reveals Why He Didn’t Get Married and Have Children by the Age of 40

Andrew Garfield, who announced his Hollywood hiatus a few months ago, was featured on the cover of GQ’s 25th Men Of The Year Issue and gave a lengthy interview complaining about social pressure. The fact is that by the age of 40 the actor still has no children, and this is his conscious decision. However, Garfield does not exclude the appearance of offspring, and is sad that his late mother will not be able to see her grandchildren – she died in 2019 from pancreatic cancer.

Releasing myself from social obligations to procreate by the time I was 40 years old was an interesting activity for myself … Where would I start the story of why this did not happen. It’s more about taking a different path than what was expected of me from birth. For example, by this time you will have done this and you will have at least one child – something like that. I think this is some of my fault. And, obviously, for me, as a man, it’s easier, – said the actor.

In the new photo shoot, Garfield appeared in an unusually brutal way and demonstrated outfits from Vivienne Westwood, Gucci and YSL against the backdrop of the desert. All footage you can see in our Telegram channel.

Note that little is known about Andrew Garfield’s personal life. He was credited with an affair with 32-year-old model Alyssa Miller, but earlier this year it was reported in the press that they had broken up. In April, Alyssa denied the rumors, but Garfield did not comment on the situation.

Andrew Garfield is a Golden Globe Award winner best known for his roles in The Eyes of Tammy Faye, The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus, Spider-Man: No Way Home, Tick Tock Boom and others.
