‘I’m shocked’: Kate Winslet praised her 22-year-old daughter’s acting skills

Looks like the most devoted fan of aspiring actress Mia Tripleton — her famous mother, 47-year-old Oscar winner Kate Winslet. This year, they starred together in the third season of the anthology series “I”, called “I — Ruth”. On BBC One, Kate praised the 22-year-old daughter’s acting skills, noting that she did great without any help.

In fact, I was just blown away by her,” Winslet shared. – I mean, she didn’t need my help at all.

However, Kate did give Mia some professional advice.

Sometimes I could introduce her to some technical trick. Some little thing that no one teaches you. And she appreciated it, – admitted the actress.

Note that in the movie, Mia made her debut in 2014 in the film “The Versailles Romance”. She also played in the film “Shadows” and the new series “Dangerous Liaisons”, where Leslie Manville and Nicholas Denton became her filming partners.

In addition to Mia, who was born in the marriage of the actress to film director James Trippleton, Kate has two more children: 18-year-old Joe Alfie from a relationship with her second husband Sam Mendes, as well as 8-year-old son Bear Blaze, whom the actress is raising with her current husband, entrepreneur Edward Abel Smith.
