Jojo Todynho revealed on Instagram that he went to the police station this Saturday (12/10) to file a police complaint against ex-husband Lucas Souza. She claimed that he verbally assaulted her and then activated the authorities and asked for a restraining measure.
“I have just left the DEAM (Specialized Commission for Women) together with my lawyer, I have come to open a police report, a precautionary measure against Lucas. Because he, in his attempts to ask to return and I denied, verbally attacked me yesterday, ”she denounced.
“Aggression is not only physical, it is also psychological. A woman, when she says no, means no. I do not accept disrespect, because I have not disrespected him, I have not belittled him as a man, and I will not accept do this with me. That’s why I came here to take a stand,” he explained.
The couple broke up at the end of October, after comings and goings and accusations of infidelity.
The funk artist also rails against people who have judged the separation.
“I tell you that you judged me, you said many things, don’t argue without knowing the story. Among other things, I was considered a villain. As your mother said, God has freed my grandmother and saved me. I didn’t want to do this, it’s very painful in my heart, it’s not easy to part.”
Minutes later, she deleted Stories about the complaint, but it ended up being replicated on social media.
With the repercussions, Lucas Souza began to be attacked by Jojo Todynho fans. And he also recorded a video.
He appeared crying in Stories and said, “Why my God? I can’t believe it anymore… Guys, what happened? I had a conversation with Jojo and I cursed at her, but I didn’t want to do anything with her, ever. Protective measure, man? “I didn’t threaten. Protective measure… I have never threatened anyone and I would never touch a woman. The person doesn’t seem to know me,” he added.
Later, Jojo asked her followers not to fight her ex-husband on social media.
“I don’t want anyone to attack Lucas, hate him, curse him in the street, that’s not it. I ask you not to, it’s already in the hands of whoever has to fix it. Please, don’t do anything. May he continue very happy, move forward with his life. I wish him only good things. I am very sad about this situation, I didn’t want to go through this, but there are things that are beyond our control, and everything is fine. Let him go, let him go in peace,” she declared.
