Charles Spencer delighted fans of Princess Diana by posting a rare archive photo with his sisters and parents the day before. On his social media page, Charles, 57, shared a snapshot of an old newspaper clipping that featured a black-and-white portrait of his family. It shows the future Princess of Wales, who at the time of shooting was only five years old, sits behind the wheel of a toy car, while another 2-year-old Charles is busy covering the hood of the car with sand. Their parents, Lord Althorp and Viscountess Althorp, and Diana’s two older sisters, 11-year-old Sarah and 9-year-old Jane, happily watch this scene.
A snapshot of family life in 1966, the 9th Earl Spencer captioned the post shortly, adding a slew of hashtags, including one that hilariously described the photo as #terribletwos.
Lady Di’s younger brother, Earl Charles Spencer, Viscount Althorp, has been a patron of arts for the past few years and is a patron of several charitable and public organizations, as well as writing books and memoirs (when Diana was alive, he worked as a journalist, including a TV presenter). Charles’s children and Diana’s nephews – he had five daughters and two sons in three marriages – rarely get into the news feeds and especially do not give reasons for this. The exception was the eldest daughter of the count, Lady Kitty Spencer, who is building a modeling career and last year married millionaire Michael Lewis (the difference between them is 32 years) and converted to Judaism.
Her younger sisters Eliza and Amelia rarely appear in the gossip column – only occasionally you can find photos of them with boyfriends on the net. By the way, Amelia is now engaged and is going to marry Greg Maletta, real estate agent, nephew of the famous South American rugby coach Nick Maletta. He made a marriage proposal in the summer of 2020, and in 2021 it became known that young people want to move to Velicobritania.
