Bia Miranda, the runner-up of “A Fazenda 14”, leaked an intimate video on social media. The images were recorded when Gretchen’s granddaughter was still a minor, which aggravates the criminal situation.

At the moment, the person responsible for the leak is unknown, but Bia’s team is taking all the legal measures necessary to start the investigation.

According to attorney Juliana Martins, the 18-year-old influencer is reeling from the criminal situation, but is getting all the support from the team.

“Our concern, in fact, is more for Bia herself. Even though she is of age today, she remains a very young girl. So, this whole situation is scary and generates fear,” said Juliana.

The lawyer added that he intends to protect the integrity of the former woman, who has confided the case only to her closest contacts. “It’s all very traumatic. No matter how ‘light’ you try to take the situation and also with all the emotional support from the consulting, production and legal staff,” she explained.

“Our care is first with her, so that later we can start an investigation with the police authorities and then take the appropriate legal steps. But, yes, we will take action in relation to what happened.”

Bia Miranda’s lawyer was keen to underline the Carolina Dieckmann law, created to sanction similar cases of violation of privacy.

“People think that only those who invade a device and post this video for the first time are committing a crime, but the same reproduction and sharing is also a criminal practice,” he warned.
